The CobbProb Problem-Solvers’ Principles DRAFT
A decentralized manifesto for those who fix, expose, and build. No permission required.
The CobbProb Problem-Solvers’ Principles were created because something is deeply broken. Not just in politics, but in the culture that surrounds it. We’ve watched as truth got twisted, rules got rigged, and good people were silenced while the worst actors got promoted. We’ve seen slates built in secret, knowledge hoarded for control, and “unity” demanded only after power was seized.
The following principles are a response - a decentralized code for those who still believe in building what’s right, fixing what’s broken, and protecting what’s worth keeping.
They aren’t tied to any one organization or office. They’re meant to outlast titles, trends, and even us.
If these principles succeed, they won’t just be a statement - they’ll be a starting point: A way to lead with integrity, challenge corruption, and endure when the system feels stacked against you. This is a working draft, not a final word.
These principles are one proposal. If there’s something better, let’s talk. Once community feedback is reviewed and integrated, we’ll publish the final version of the Problem-Solvers’ Principles permanently at CobbProb.com.
This won’t just be a document, it will be a tool. Something people can point to when things go wrong, and build from when things start to go right.
Read these. Mark them up. Challenge them. Improve them.
Use the comments to tell us:
What hits hardest?
What’s missing?
Where did your stomach turn because you’ve seen the opposite in real life?
We’ll review every suggestion and publish a Version 2.0 with community feedback.
These aren’t rules for ruling, they are standards for serving.
They don’t require a title to live by them, only the conviction to act.
PRELUDE: GOD FIRST, ALWAYS IN HUMILITY
We begin by honoring GOD - the source of truth, liberty, justice, and moral order.
Without Him, even the most principled work will crumble.
We walk in reverence, speak with integrity, lead with courage, and act in service.
We do not wield faith to divide, but to anchor our purpose and uplift all who build in good faith.
FOUNDATIONAL CHARACTER & COURAGE
1. PEOPLE OVER POWER
Real power belongs to the people - not insiders or dynasties.
If the grassroots aren’t guiding it, it isn’t legitimate.
Push decisions downward. Share control.
2. TRUTH MEANS THE WHOLE TRUTH
Spin, omission, and carefully worded half-truths are still lies.
Say what you mean. Mean what you say.
Let your yes mean yes - in every room.
3. PRIVATE BEHAVIOR REFLECTS PUBLIC INTEGRITY
Watch how people act when the cameras are off.
That’s who they really are.
4. COURAGE COUNTS
Someone has to speak up first.
If it's you - stand tall. If it’s not, stand with them.
Reform only happens when someone risks something.
5. CONVICTION WITHOUT DIVISION
Believe deeply. Stand boldly.
But don’t divide over single-issue litmus tests.
We unite through shared principle, not perfect agreement.
CLARITY, ACTION & BUILDING
6. CLARITY AND CERTAINTY EMPOWER ACTION
Most people want to help, they just don’t know how.
Be the one who explains it. Simplify it. Invite others in.
Clarity multiplies courage.
7. BUILD
Don’t wait for permission. Fix what’s broken.
Grow your precinct. Train your neighbors.
Talk after the work is done. Review and celebrate great works.
8. GRACE FOR THE WILLING
Don’t punish latecomers.
If someone shows up ready to help, let them.
Gatekeeping is what got us here.
9. HONOR PRINCIPLE, NOT JUST PLATFORM
Platforms shift. Principles don’t.
Follow what is good - and goodness begins with God.
When it’s unclear, pause and test it by its fruit.
If the platform drifts, hold the line anyway.
10. KNOWLEDGE BELONGS TO THE MOVEMENT
Insight is not a trophy, it’s a tool.
If something can help the mission, it must be shared.
Movements die when wisdom is hoarded, weaponized, or reserved only for the trusted few.
Bad leadership guards information too closely.
Good leadership translates truth, spreads clarity, and equips others to act in ways that strengthen allies — and keep adversaries off balance.
If it’s critical to the cause, then it’s too important to keep to yourself.
What is revealed to you was never meant to be buried.
Truth is light, and light was made to be seen.
DEFENSE AGAINST CORRUPTION
11. LIGHT BEATS LIES
Corruption fears daylight.
Shine it with documentation. Shine it with witnesses.
Shine it even if they call you the problem.
12. RULES BEFORE RULERS
The rules apply to everyone, or they protect no one.
If someone breaks them to win - they didn’t win.
Call it out. Stop the manipulation.
13. TRANSPARENCY BELONGS TO EVERYONE
You have a right to ask. You have a right to see.
If decisions are made in your name, demand they be made in the open.
Secrets are not strategy - they are control.
14. DEMAND VISIBLE REFORM
If they claim to have fixed something - ask for proof.
What changed? Who benefited? What improved?
Don’t praise “reform” unless you can see it.
15. PROTECT THE MISSION FROM MANIPULATORS
Not everyone’s here to help. That’s reality.
Don’t hand them the microphone.
Discernment is not division. It’s defense.
16. JUSTICE MUST BE IMPARTIAL
Don’t let them protect their friends while punishing their enemies.
If the rules only apply when convenient - call it out.
Justice doesn’t take sides. It takes standards.
SUSTAINING THE TEST OF TIME
17. DISCIPLINE SUSTAINS REFORM
We don’t win overnight.
We show up again and again - even when it’s boring, slow, or thankless.
Discipline is what separates the builders from the quitters.
18. FOCUS KILLS GOSSIP
When there’s real work to do, rumors lose their power.
We reject a culture of whispers, smears, and drama disguised as strategy.
19. COALITION WITHOUT COMPROMISE
You don’t have to be just like me to work beside me.
If your principles are solid and your aim is true, we can build together.
But unity is not something demanded after power is secured, it must be built before it.
We align through shared convictions, not posturing or pressure.
20. STEWARDSHIP OVER STATUS QUO
If the system is broken, fix it - or replace it.
Don’t preserve dysfunction because it’s familiar.
Don’t defend failure as "how it’s done." Innovate.
21. REVERSE GOVERNMENT CREEP
If no one is shrinking government, it will grow and eventually turn against us.
We must consolidate or repeal more than we pass.
Otherwise, we’re just managing the machinery of control.
22. BUILD FOR THE NEXT GENERATION
If it ends with us, it was just ego.
Teach others. Bring them in. Step aside when it’s time.
Pass the light forward.
CORE VALUES THAT CANNOT BE BOUGHT
23. GUARD THE PURSE WITH INTEGRITY
If they’re asking for money, ask for receipts.
Don’t fund dysfunction. Don’t fund silence.
Every dollar should serve the mission, or stop being collected.
24. TRUST IS WORTH MORE THAN MONEY
Power without trust collapses. Influence without trust corrupts.
We build relationships that last longer than funding cycles.
If you trade trust for advantage, you lose both.
Now it’s your turn.
If you believe these matter, help shape them.
If you’ve lived through the dysfunction these describe, share your story.
And if you know others who need to see this, pass it on.
The culture doesn’t change from the top down. It changes because you showed up.
After Version 2.0 is complete, we’ll post the finalized principles at CobbProb.com as a permanent, public reference - a cultural north star for anyone willing to build from the bottom up.
